"The Soviet Story" was released in 2008 but few people know about it, and even fewer have seen it. The following summary is from the movie's website [ http://www.sovietstory.com/about-the-film/ ]
“The Soviet Story” is a story of an Allied power, which helped the Nazis to fight Jews and which slaughtered its own people on an industrial scale. Assisted by the West, this power triumphed on May 9th, 1945. Its crimes were made taboo, and the complete story of Europe’s most murderous regime has never been told. Until now…
The movie deserves to be seen by anyone interested in the story of Russian (technically, Soviet) collaboration with the Germans, not only in the Holocaust, but also in mass crimes committed in Poland and throughout Eastern Europe during World War II.
